The delivery :
The selling on line concerns the delivery in metropolitan France only, please contact us for other destinations.

The display of our wines :
The display of our wines by the mean of photos on our website : www.coteaux-de-visan.fr has not any contractual value.
The prices are all taxes inluded in euros

Availibility of our wines :
Orders can be processed only within the limit of the available stocks. Wine is not an industrial product and the quantities are limited. So, in order to meet the customers' requirements the Cave Les Coteaux de Visan can be compelled to propose another vintage.

Packaging and packing :
Our wines are packed and delivered in cases of twelve 75 cl bottles, except for some wines which are bottled in Magnum (150 cl) and can be delivered in cases of three or six magnum. Anyway, the content and the number of bottles per case are mentioned clearly for each item.
We can not mixed several qualities of wine in the same case.

Payment :
Cash with order. Orders are confirmed only after we receive your payment.
The means of payment are the following ones :
* Orders on line : the secured payment is done by credit card (carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard).
* Orders by post mail : the payment is done by bank or postal cheque to the order of " Cave Les Coteaux de Visan ". The order bond which appears on your computer screen must be printed and sent with your payment to the address above.
* Order by telephone : the payment is done either by credit card (carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard) or by bank or postal cheque to the order of " Cave Les Coteaux de Visan ". The order bond which appears on your computer screen must be printed and sent with your payment to the address above.
* Order by fax message : the payment is done either by credit card (carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard) or by Bank or postal cheque to the order of " Cave Les Coteaux de Visan ". The order bond which appears on your computer screen must be printed and sent by fax to the fax number above.

Delivery and receipt of the order :
On the day of the delivery, if there are any damages (broken or missing bottles, torn cases …) or missing cases or bottles, the buyer will have to make reservations on the delivery bond precising the reason of the problem.
The number of cases and/or the number of bottles which are concerned will have to be precised on the bond.
The buyer will have to inform Cave Les Coteaux de Visan about this problem by phone, e-mail or fax message as soon as possible and within the 24 hours following the delivery.
In case of defective wine, the defective bottles must be sent back for exchange or refund of the corresponding amount by cheque

Returns policy :
According to the 97/7/CE directives of the European Parliament, the customer has seven days from the day of the reception of goods to retract but the return costs will be at the customer's expenses.
